Services will be delivered in such a manner that the patients retain their dignity and self-esteem. The interdisciplinary team will be charged with assuring that each patient has an individualized plan of care and that contains specific goals of treatment and will also assure that treatment goals are appropriate and that treatment is professionally delivered.
