Medical acupuncture is the perfect combination of Eastern and Western Medicine and is being performed by experienced Medical Doctor (MD) acupuncturists in our clinic. Dr. Peter Ahn graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa in 2001. He completed a family medicine residency with the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation. He has been practicing family medicine since 2005. Dr. Peter completed his medical acupuncture coursework through the Stanford School of Medicine and continues his acupuncture education with his father, Dr. Yang Ahn. He practices family medicine at MercyCare Blairs Ferry and medical acupuncture at Ahn Clinic in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
