About Grills, Smokers, Rubs, Sauces, Accessories and everything BBQ! Story Stone BBQ Supply opened in May of 2013 by Backyard BBQ Enthusiast Michael Stone. On August 19, 2014 Michele and Tom Perelka of New Providence, PA purchased the business. Michele and Tom have been Competing Professionally in BBQ Since 2006 as Lo’ –N- Slo’ BBQ. The roughly 1,100-square-foot shop at 1920-A Lincoln Highway East carries a variety of grills and smokers as well as accessories and rubs. The Perelkas, who own and operate the shop, The store hosts workshops as well as dispense advice on a variety of topics, including suggestions on different rubs, sauces, injections and cooking times. Lo’ –N- Slo’ BBQ has been winning awards on the National BBQ Circuit for the past 11 years. We would like to share what we have learned with everyone. The store is fully stocked with rubs and sauces that are being used by teams every weekend on the National BBQ Circuit. We also sell gas grills, ceramic cookers, pellet grills, charcoal and grilling and smoking accessories. Plus, we will answer any grilling or smoking questions you may have. Excellent BBQ starts with meat selection, layering of seasonings, proper fire management and the perfect finishing sauce to complement your meat. Knowing your grill or smoker and how it performs is your key to successful BBQ.
