Great...because Mark loves to cook! Mark has a passion for cooking and innate creativity--he has been preparing dishes for over 30 years. Karen's passion is animals--hence the many vegetarian options on their menus. With their passions combined, they offer the most humanely handled meats available, as well as donate a portion of the proceeds from all of their JoJo garlic breadsticks sold to their favorite local animal rescues to save homeless and injured cats.
