About We're family owned and operated and have been for over 20 years! Kapp specializes in selling late model pre-owned vehicles. Story We focus on selling a wide variety of different makes and models as well as meeting the needs and wants of all ranges of consumers. Kapp Auto Sales was founded by Randy Kapp in 1988 and originally started out as a small dealership that focused mostly on the wholesale side of the auto industry. In 2003, Kapp Auto Sales established a new location in Roy, UT, and began a new approach toward the retail side of the automobile industry.
