We specialize in combining "traditional" therapeutic interventions such as ultrasound and massage with Pilates-based whole body conditioning. Whether you're in need of Physical Therapy, Pilates or other fitness classes, private sessions, massage therapy, or muscle activation, your wellness starts with us. Products Physical Therapy: See your primary care physician to obtain a script. * We are a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Provider. Pilates: Classes range from $10-$20 depending on the format. Private sessions $70. Be Activated: $75 with trainer, $100 with Physical Therapist Massage Therapy: $65.00 (1hr), $40 (half hour) Thai Yoga Massage:$65.00 (1 hr)
