About Meadows Library, a branch of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District Story The 813-square-foot Meadows Library is located inside the new Stupak Community Center that opened January 4, 2010. It is an outreach branch that offers materials in English and Spanish including books, DVDs, music CDs and popular materials, as well as GED, ESL and citizenships study materials. It also includes a dedicated children's area and two bilingual staff members to serve the community.
