About We inspire & inform our community to protect wildlife and their habitats, with an emphasis on birds. Projects: EagleWatch, Citizen Science and much more! Story Our goal is to protect and conserve natural ecosystems in Martin County, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats through education and public awareness. AoMC's main office is located at the Possum Long Nature Center in Stuart Fl. Our office maintains an extensive natural history library, bird art and a collection of taxidermy specimens. The Sanctuary itself is adjacent to the center and includes a 4.7 acre urban forest that is open to the public. Mission Conserving and restoring natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife and their habitats.
