About Tappahannock Presbyterian Church - come worship with us each Sunday at 10 a.m. 204 Kino Road, Tappahannock, VA 22560 - at 360 across from Tapp. Chevrolet Story 1994 - there is no known record of any Presbyterian activity in the area since the establishment of Milden Presbyterian in 1888. In 1994 communication began between The Rev. Dr. M. Bland Dudley, pastor of Milden and Wesley on the Northern Neck, and the Rev. Carson Rhyne, Executive Presbyter/Stated Clerk of the Presbytery of the James (POJ) regarding the establishment of a Presbyterian Church in Tappahannock. Milden Church would be the mother church for this newly planted mission or chapel. After the unexpected death of the Rev. Dr. Bland Dudley and ensuing time of adjustment, the first service of the Chapel of Milden was held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Tappahannock. Worship continued there for nine years. In May 2005, services began to be held in a remodeled office space at Teakwood Office Park on Tappahannock Boulevard in Tappahannock. More to follow.....
