About KJ's Fit Club is a small business focused on health and fitness. KJ's Fit Club offers Cross-Training, Boot Camp, Personal Training, etc. Our philosophy is 'Focusing on the Fundamentals will make you Better than Yesterday'. Story KJ's Fit Club has matured from a garage gym to a larger facility in Newington, VA. KJ's Fit Club is now known as New Day CrossFit after we affiliated with CrossFit early this year. We offer classes in the morning and evenings and we have just established our CrossFit Kids classes.
