MISSION VISION CLINIC ‐ Free Vision Clinic Eye care professionals provide services on a bi‐weekly and monthly schedule: • Vision exams and low‐cost eyeglasses Patients must have scheduled appointments. Call the Mission at 928 634 7869 for appointment times and availability. FREE LEGAL CONSULTATION CLINICS • Legal professionals offer free consultation concerning a variety of legal matters. No appointment is needed. All Individuals requesting legal aid should arrive at 6 pm. Clinics are held: SEDONA: 1st Tuesday of the month at Solid Rock Church, 2301 W Highway 89A # 101 in West Sedona COTTONWOOD: 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Old Town Mission in Cottonwood. Please call for information 634-7869 MISSION BACK‐TO‐SCHOOL PROGRAM - Backpacks & School Supplies for Children - Backpacks & School Supplies for Children • School supplies and backpacks are provided to families in need, with school aged children (K‐12th). This program is seasonal, providing assistance to students and school administrations during the months of August and September. Contact the Mission at 928‐634‐7869 for details. HOLIDAY FOOD & OUTREACH PROGRAMS During the Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday Season, the following programs and events are offered to those with need: • Thanksgiving Turkeys w/ traditional meal "fixings bags" • Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner • Toys for children • The Annual Community Christmas Dinner Contact the Mission for details regarding program distribution dates and times. Mission A Christian faith-in-action outreach that empowers, sustains, inspires and shares the love of God while serving our neighbors in the Verde Valley by providing food & clothing, community events, programs and services thereby building relationships and creating a stronger community. To accomplish this Old Town Mission's Compassion Division offers a full range of compassion services and emergency helps to meet the immediate needs of those struggling with poverty. We also depend on the faithful and generous gifts from individual donors. Products Food Pantry- Don't go hungry the Mission has bakery items, frozen food, produce, drinks, canned goods available. Clothing Store: Shop in our Clothing Store at the Mission Lunch: Mission has a daily lunch prepared by volunteers, anyone that is hungry is welcome to join us.
