About This LA Department of Mental Health-funded 501 (c) (3) non profit organization strives to promote academic success and mental well being for at-risk youth. Story We serve approximately 60 students over 3 different sites. Mission Through narrative therapy and academic mentoring, students will demonstrate an increase in academic performance and an increased awareness of self. Each counselor/mentor is dedicated to providing an environment in which the students can grow as individuals and identify and fulfill their lifelong goals.
