Story Welcome to the Davidson County, NC Register of Deeds Facebook page. The mission statement of the Register of Deeds office is to record, preserve and maintain all public records in accordance with the laws established by the State of North Carolina. One of our main goals is to provide citizens with free access to the public record using the most up to date user friendly information technology available. We continue to look for new and better ways to serve the citizens so we welcome your comments & suggestions. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm (except county holidays) We accept cash or checks only. No debit or credit cards accepted.
