Litigated, cancelled deportation and obtained lawful permanent residency status on behalf of undocumented Mexican national with three U.S. citizen children. Acted as co-counsel to defend agricultural company from EEOC lawsuit involving class claims of discrimination and retaliation. Filed approved DACA applications for DREAMer clients.
