About 151 Government Street Mobile, AL 36602 Mission The mission of the Probate Court is to server the citizens of Mobile County in a variety of ways, including certain judicial matters and various ministerial matters. With regard to judicial matters, the Probate Court is dedicated to providing an impartial and accessible forum for the just, timely and economic resolution of judicial proceedings within the Probate Court's jurisdiction. In all instances the Probate Court is committed to following applicable law. In every area of assigned responsibility, our goals are to be: (1) prompt; (2) courteous; (3) fair-minded; and (4) available when needed. The jurisdiction and responsibilities of the Probate Court are established under the Alabama Constitution and laws of the State of Alabama.
