About There's Only Two Places: Home & Nick's Story Nick Zampino (owner) opened Nick's Deli on Main St Seal Beach in 1977. Since then this little deli has become legendary. Because of the popularity Nick opened Nick's Deli II in Los Alamitos on December 7, 2008.
