About Also known as Red Lion Fire Company is located at 201 W. Broadway, Red Lion, PA. The company was formed on September 20, 1894 and remains fully volunteer. Mission The Leo Independent Fire Engine Company #1 was established to respond to natural and man-made emergencies which may impact our community. Such includes, but is not limited to: fire, vehicular accidents, medical emergencies, hazardous materials releases and natural emergencies. Due to this commitment, its officers and personnel, hereby enact a Loss Control program dedicated to establishing the necessary guidelines and programs to assure a reduction of injury and property damage to its members, equipment and facilities. In addition, the goal of this continuing program is to maximize the services to our community through professional administrative methods and by reducing unnecessary expenditures due to such injuries or losses. The success of a Loss Control program is dependent upon the commitment and support of all Company members to eliminate conditions and behavior which might contribute to such losses. Recognizing that we have the ability to implement guidelines and procedures toward reducing such losses, such actions as are necessary will be taken by each of us to assure the program’s success. The members of the Leo Independent Fire Engine Company #1 are dedicated to serving all the residents of our 1st due area and to assist our surrounding communities with the highest level of training and service to ensure security, protection of life, property and environment. This is maintained through programs that include: prevention, education and emergency services and this is all done while maintaining a professional attitude.
