Story Ellis Therapy & Fitness is located in a convenient, private, and comfortable setting in Prairie View, Illinois, nestled in between Buffalo Grove and Lincolnshire. We provide a unique and stimulating environment that encourages clients to develop strategies and techniques to reduce stress and learn new coping skills. We create a physically safe and emotionally secure environment to work through life’s challenges. Unlike more traditional therapeutic settings, it is our philosophy that by bridging a connection between the body and the mind we are able to promote the overall wellness of our clients.
