Story Bottega Foods is a holding founded in 2016 by the Di Dionisio family. Operating as a catering company since 1986, under the name Rita's Gourmet Catering, in 2010 they created Rita's Roman Recipes, a new brand for their genuine and healthy italian recipes. In 2015 they opened Bottega, an italian deli and fine food store in Thousand Oaks, CA.
