About Calvary Chapel of Fort Worth has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Story The vision of Calvary Chapel is based on one scripture, 1 Corinthians 13:8 — Love Never Fails. We are commanded to love one another fervently. Jesus told us the whole world would know we are His disciples if we love one another just as He loved us. Love fulfills the law, faith worketh by love, love covers a multitude of sins, love hopes all things, endures all things, believes all things, Love NEVER Fails. Therefore... "We Believe a GREAT COMMITMENT To the GREAT COMMANDMENT And The GREAT COMMISSION Will Grow a GREAT CHURCH!" Mission Our supreme desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the foundation and cornerstone of the church. He came to restore man's broken relationship with God. His finished work on the cross made that possible. Because of His love demonstrated on the cross by dying for our sins, we now have reason to fellowship with one another and proclaim salvation through His life, death, and resurrection.
