Water damaged or stained books are not returnable. Open shrink-wrapped packages must be complete. Workbooks with missing pages or are written in are not returnable. (Hint- use light erasable pencil or use a separate sheet) Open software is not returnable. Defective course materials may be returned for a full refund or exchange.
