Story STACKED is a specialty cake company striving to make all events, parties, and occasions absolutely unforgettable. Custom cakes and other sweet treats are created to look as good as they taste! Unique designs, mouthwatering flavors, and WOW factors will make your cake a topic of conversation at any gathering! The company is founded and run by Erin Schwartz. Erin has been making custom cakes on her own since the age of 15. She graduated first in her class at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and has worked for multiple bakeries and custom cake shops; including the illustrious Pink Cake Box of Denville, NJ (where she worked for two years as a Cake Artist and Pastry Chef). Now, she is pursing her dream of running her own business, getting published (even internationally) for her work and she hopes you will become a part of the dream! Mission The mission of STACKED is to make each and every client feel special and provide them with a product that shows such. STACKED works to provide custom products that taste as delicious as they look! Charity work will always be linked with the heart of STACKED. Working with organizations,such as Icing Smiles, as well as doing other work will always be done as much as possible.
