About This is the facebook page of the Merced County Arts Council, as well as that of our home, the Merced Multicultural Arts Center. The Merced County Arts Council (MCAC) brings the arts and people together to inspire creativity and innovation and to encourage diversity through dynamic partnerships that strengthen the communities we serve. As responsible stewards of the arts, we carry out our mission through visual arts, performing arts, and arts education programs, and by supporting artists and arts organizations in our community. In addition, through a partnership with the City of Merced, we manage the Multicultural Arts Center (MAC).
