About ICS is headquartered in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania just north of Allentown. This 20,000+ square foot state of the art facility is where all of our products are developed, tested, built, and supported. Story Our History Is Your Car Wash Future. Kevin Detrick, founder and President of ICS, was not satisfied with the computerized management and control systems that were available for his own car wash. Convinced that better tools could improve profitability he founded ICS in 1988 and developed Tunnel Master®, an integrated tunnel controller with a point-of-sale management system, in order to meet the needs of the professional car wash operator. Kevin’s original goal was, and still is today, to provide true cash control for the operator through advanced tunnel control, payment, and management solutions.
