About best color, high lights and hair cuts Story marcus is a master stylist and has been doing hair for over 25 years. Has had several salons in Texas. We have been open here in City Market place in Palm Coast, Fl. since 2009. We have Nicole Kuilan who specializes in relaxers and hair extensions. We also have three other stylist, Ray Rodollfo and Amanda Lafave and Allan Matula who are excellent in their field. We take appointments and walk-ins and appointments for hours after 5 pm and mondays
