Story Located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, NC, Quanto Basta: Italian Eatery & Wine Bar reveals the rich, comforting flavors of "Cucina Italiana" as remembered and re-fashioned by Chef/Owner Timothy Grandinetti. Antipastas and appetizers, freshly prepared pastas and rustic sauces, hand-crafted pizzette and rotisserie fire-roasted porchetta. Quanto Basta boasts a wine list of more than 200 labels, with more than 50 from Italy and a selection from the local Yadkin Valley AVA.
