About We are a full-service general contractor/construction management company. We offer pre-construction consultation and design -build. MLC works in both private and public sectors. Story "Focused on Building Quality" McComas-Lacina Construction is a General Contractor. We typically build large commercial, university, and/or hospital construction projects. Our company was established in December of 1977 and currently employs at least 150 field workers and 20 professional office staff. MLC employees perform much of the actual construction... sitework with heavy equipment, concrete, some masonry, steel erection, carpentry, casework, and painting. Office personnel include financial personnel, support staff, estimators, project managers, IT, and draftsmen. Next door to this office is MLC’s complete casework shop where desks, cabinets, shelves, etc. are fabricated by MLC cabinet makers. We are a member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) so you can be assured that the casework on a McComas-Lacina Construction project will be on time and of top quality. We have firsthand experience in successfully delivering projects on schedule, on budget, and with an emphasis on quality. Our company negotiates more than 50% of our work and with a strong emphasis on initial budget analysis we will be able to show you cost and time savings throughout your company’s project.
