HOURS: M:9:30-3 | T-F: 9:30-5:30 | S: 9-3 Story Blue Aces Bake Shoppe specializes in gourmet dessert items,fresh pastries and our signature decorated cookies. Our seasonal menus features fresh, local produce and flavors. We offer a wide range of holiday specialties, gluten free and hard to find items right here in the Salinas Valley. Blue Aces was founded in 2015 by Pastry Chef, Adrian Jimenez-Saldana and partner, our storefront was funded in part through Kickstarter crowd funding and a team of amazing donors and volunteers who believe greatly in our success. We are honored to be a part of this amazing community and so grateful to call historic Oldtown Salinas our home!
