About The Sikh Gurdwara of North Carolina is a place of worship and gathering for the Sikh community. We welcome all people regardless of their religion, race, gender or background to come and share our Sikh beliefs and heritage. Mission The Mission of the SGNC Organization, in short, is to establish a permanent place of worship for the Sikh Community of North Carolina and surrounding areas, to educate our own community and our American community about the values of the Sikh Faith, to promote the practice of Khalsa principals within the Sikh community, to be an active participant in Sikh Panthic causes, and to build a library for the future of our community.
