About BVMA is a privately-owned, multi-specialty physician office located in Findlay, Ohio. We've been providing trusted healthcare to our community since 1974. Story Blanchard Valley Medical Associates was founded in 1974 by Dr. William Kose. As our community has grown, our practice has grown from one physician to a full-service multi-specialty medical facility. Today, Blanchard Valley Medical Associates has 15 physicians in 7 specialties. Additional providers include physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dietitians, diabetic educators, and clinical pharmacists in accomplishing our goal of providing the best possible care to our patients. BVMA employs approximately 125 support staff serving our patients in a team concept; pulling together all of our departments to always make the patient our priority.
