About Northstar Traffic Operations Center is located in Montgomery County and funded by Commisioner Noack Pct. 3. Story Northstar monitors dispatch radios for SO, Fire, and EMS as well as over 500 cameras located through out Montgomery County for traffic back ups and other incidents. We can then notify dispatch and manually control over 80 intersections. We strive to send out accurate traffic alerts to notify the motoring public. We are not a reporter and will not give any detailed information on incidents. Mission Our mission with the Facebook page is to get information out to the public about traffic incidents and back ups.
