Products • Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care • NHCA centers have also specialized in delivering quality long-term care to residents. The team develops a comprehensive care plan which includes all medical, nursing, rehabilitation, nutritional, psychosocial and therapeutic needs. Each resident is also evaluated upon admission by our interdisciplinary team, based on need for rehabilitative services in physical, occupational and/or speech therapy. Thereafter, a team of therapists carry out restorative or maintenance therapies in conjunction with the resident’s plan of care.
