About Tallmon's is a third-generation family-owned jewelry store, estate jewelry dealer and full-service repair shop, serving the panhandle since 1948. Story The Tallmon family has been working in the jewelry industry for over 65 years. In 1948, George Tallmon opened Tallmon Jewelry in Mitchell, Nebraska. George became well known in the valley for his work ethic and honesty. In 1962, George formed a partnership with his oldest son Bill and opened a store in Scottsbluff. In 2002 Michael joined the third-generation family business, and is currently carrying on the Tallmons tradition as owner & goldsmith.
