Embroidery and sewing machines, heat presses, and printing machines can be very fickle. RARELY but occasionally accidents do happen that are out of our control. PREPAY: All services are paid for in advance unless we agree otherwise. Some items we do offer payments or ask for nonrefundable deposits. IMPORTANT NOTICE REFUNDS: NO CASH REFUNDS Due to the nature of our work there are NO REFUNDS this includes deposits for baby bedding, memory blankets, and other higher priced creations.
