The salon had already been in existence for 4 and 1/2 years (Salon 23) when it was acquired by Lyndell Obregon-Bell, and most recently in December 2014, it was acquired by Lori Weatherby. Since inception, Mandarin has evolved towards a primary vision for the salon: To provide professional services and lifelong relationships, a comfortable place for clients to relax and a positive place for employees to work.
