About Holy Family 450 Keller Ave, Waukegan, IL Immaculate Conception 508 Grand Ave, Waukegan, IL Queen of Peace 910 14th St., N Chicago, IL Story Most Blessed Trinity is a Roman Catholic Parish that carries out the purpose of forming the People of God and providing the Sacraments. Most Blessed Trinity is a non-profit corporation sole that falls under the direction of the Archdiocese of Chicago. The parish operates over forty ministries to more than 5300 parishioners and the community at large. Most Blessed Trinity serves 15,172 adults and children through ministries, sacramental preparation and weekly Mass. The parish’s outreach arm, Community Social Services, works to meet the tremendous needs of the greater community. We welcome and assist all of our brothers and sisters who are unable to meet their daily living needs of food, clothing and shelter, while focusing on programs to help each of them to become self-sufficient and to live in society with dignity, independence and pride as productive members. Our Soup Kitchen serves more than 30,000 hot, nutritious meals per year during the four evenings per week it is open. Our Food Pantry provides food, clothing, bicycles, furniture, assessment and referrals to over 40,000 per year. We also provide a shelter operated by PADS with beds and living quarters for the homeless. Our Fr. Gary Graf Immigrant Center helps members of the community to obtain citizenship, provides English language, literacy, GED, civics classes, legal aid, and partners with the Center for Economic Progress to provide free tax preparation. Our Phoenix program provides counseling, advocacy, shelter, education and legal aid to women and children affected by domestic violence. The mission of Most Blessed Trinity is “Serving the People of God, with a preferential option for the poor.” Our vision is to unite, educate, form and accompany the People of God with a preferential option for the poor.
