Story With a passion for cupcakes and all things sweet, local Mother-Daughter duo Amanda & Tammy Nichols opened Half Baked Patisserie in Middletown, Delaware in 2013. Following our success we were thrilled with the opportunity to open a second location, Half Baked Cafe, in The Town of Whitehall in 2016. Tammy’s 25+ years of business experience and Amanda’s extensive training in Culinary and Pastry makes this pair a force to be reckoned with.
