About We are a family owned business that has been serving quality Chinese cuisine for over twenty years. Story Edwina and Bon-ti Co established China East in 1991 hoping to introduce savory Chinese food to Carson city at a low price with bountiful portions. Our menu offers over a hundred different delectable dishes with a wide array of options. From Szechuan Shrimp to House pan fried noodles, we got it all.
