About We are a personal training facility with some of the best trainers in Ocala. We also offer a LIMITED open gym memberships with month to month contracts. Story We offer one-on-one personal training, small group training, bikini, figure and bodybuilding contest prep & meal planning. We also help women and men prepare for special events, such as weddings and vacations. We also have a bodybuilding team consisting of, physique, figure and bikini and mens bodybuilding.
