About The Official Facebook of Aretha Frankenstein's! We serve breakfast from 7am to Midnight every single day! Story Aretha Frankenstein's is a small converted house in a residential area. We have 4 tables and bar seating inside. Our capacity is 30. We have outdoor seating contingent upon weather. We start outdoor seating later in the morning in order to control noise for our neighbors and to allow proper staffing. We do not have a parking lot. Street parking is available. We are known for our huge pancakes and large portions! We make everything in house from scratch. Our wait times on weekend mornings are legendary. We serve our breakfast every day until midnight so afternoons and evenings are the best time to avoid a wait for a table. We have amazing coffee and great beer selections as well. This restaurant is an experience and the experience does take time! To quote our t-shirts and menu: "It Ain't Fast Food!" Come and spend some time with us!
