About We focus on the total medical health and wellness of the individual including the physical, mental, and dietary needs. Story We are pleased to announce the opening of Annapolis Family Medicine. We are small, friendly, family medical practice focused on health, wellness and preventive care. Our practice is designed for the patient, not the doctor and his staff! Our fax number is 443-214-5168. m. The cornerstone of our practice is Bill Dabbs, M.D., with an office now at a new, more convenient location. Nurse Practitioner, Gale Cromwell, is also working along side Dr. Dabbs. Also working with Dr. Dabbs is Casey Lehner, a Registered Dietitian who provides individual counseling and group classes on nutrition and health. Rounding out our provider staff is Kathy B. Gabriel, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist.
