About Our vision at Kingsport Veterinary Hospital is to be the veterinary hospital of choice in our community. Since 2001, our clinic has regularly undergone inspections by AAHA to ensure that we comply with the Association's high standards of care. Story Kingsport Veterinary Hospital was established in 1949 and has since been dedicated to providing the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients and offer the best possible services to our clients. We concentrate on building a strong personal relationship with our clients and strive to meet every need and service requested whether that be performing surgery, boarding our client's pets, or simply answering questions and educating customers on issues regarding their pet's health.
