About Dr. Alex Dulaney & Dr. Patrick Taylor Story East Tennessee Veterinary Hospital is a full service mixed animal healthcare center dedicated to the fulfillment of our mission statement… “Caring for His creatures and serving those who love them.” We seek to help our patients achieve the highest quality of life and serve our clients through the relationships we develop with them. The practice began in March 2006 as a single doctor ambulatory veterinary practice serving Greene, Washington, and Hawkins counties. From the humble beginnings of just a truck, cell phone, and garage for inventory storage has grown a multi-species full service hospital and ambulatory service.
