Mission The members of The Shop come from a variety of backgrounds and trades. Our occupations don't require us to have a high level of fitness but our lives need balance. We are average people who want to achieve above average results. We want be prepared for the unknowns that life is sure to throw us. Our day to day routines do not require us to do what we do at The Shop... but even still, we train.
