About Update: 2018 Frankfort Ayurveda, Yoga, Health & Wellness is now serving clients through Vibrant Life, Frankfort, Ky. Story We are an inclusive yoga studio and Ayurveda wellness center that encourages students to explore their potential within, and since our opening in 2003, we’ve been thankful to share our knowledge and wisdom with the Frankfort community. We offer several classes for students of all ages and abilities, which allows the community to come together in a fun, supportive, and peaceful way. Our instructors teach a variety of classes including chair yoga, restorative yoga, and Thai Chi. Whether individuals are getting introduced to yoga for the first time or they want to learn how to be a teacher themselves, we’re here to share our expertise and support students on their personal journey to health, happiness, bliss, peace of mind, as they continue on to become Self-Realized. .
