Our inclusive Boxing and Training Gym is situated in Burlington, only a minute’s drive from the 403 Brant Street exit. We offer Kids Boxing and Adult Programs like One-on-One Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Kung Fu Lessons. The trainers here don’t just "Talk the Talk". Amongst the ranks is 2X Canadian boxing champ, Ryan Rannelli, and professional boxer, Harrison King-McBain. Our clientele is varied, including all ages and professions—you’ll fit right in!
