About The Spady Cultural Heritage Museum is operated by EPOCH (Expanding & Preserving Our Cultural Heritage, Inc.), a non-profit organization dedicated to communicating the rich history and cultural diversity of Delray Beach and South Palm Beach County. Story American history happened. It cannot be changed but in some cases it effected black people differently. That's why we collect and preserve the history. What were those effects? That's why we share and examine the history seeking understanding. "Understanding is Key". What would happen if that history was not collected and preserved and examined?
