Story The State run Liquor store occupied this space on April 1, 1982. The same month that Blue Öyster Cult & Elton John came out with new albums Extraterrestrial Live & Jump Up! Remember i-1183? We all voted for the privatization of booze sales and we won! So in 2012, we occupied the old government run space in Capitol Hill, Seattle and made it awesome!
