About Valley Community Services Board serves individuals and families who are struggling with behavioral health, developmental disability, and substance use issues. Story Valley Community Services Board is a community based organization providing services for Behavioral Health, Substance Use, and Developmental Disability needs in the Waynesboro, Staunton, Highland and Augusta Counties localities. We accept private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and also provide services on a sliding scale, self pay method.
