About Do Work CrossFit in Lees Summit believes in being a team but also focuses on the health and fitness of each individual. Join us for a Free Trial. Story Do Work CrossFit is owned and operated by Robby McCord and his wife, Melanie McCord. Robby, a self-taught CrossFit guru, trained in his own gym without ever setting foot in a CrossFit gym. On his own, he qualified for 2014 CrossFit Regional games in Chicago. He later learned his passion is training others in CrossFit. His wife, Melanie McCord, who was an avid athlete in high school and College, went on to be a Fitness competitor and is now a certified trainer at the Do Work Lees Summit CrossFit facility. They are an amazing team, with a passion to bring health to the Community and see lives change.
